Projektleiter/in

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Rail Vehicles in Gelsenkirchen, to start as soon as possible.

Job description:

• Taking on the primary responsibility for managing our large-scale projects, particularly new locomotives.
• Developing and continuously updating project plans (milestones, deadlines, timelines, etc.).
• Coordinating tasks and responsibilities within the project.
• Ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, while managing project risks.
• Communicating and coordinating with all project stakeholders (internal and external).
• Ensuring compliance with rules, guidelines, and regulations.
• Conducting team meetings and maintaining project documentation.

Skills requested:

• Completed degree (at least Bachelor) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Project.
• Independent and well-structured working style.
• Knowledge of railway technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent German skills (min. C1) and English skills (min.C1).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
