Job description:

• Project Manager for E-Mobility technologies
• Management and supervision in the field of industrial engineering
• Development and implementation of manufacturing technologies
• Focus on Rotor/Stator projects
• Development of standards and implementation in different plants
• Monitoring and definition of key performance indicators and measures
• Utilisation of continuous improvement principles (CIP)
• Ensuring robust manufacturing processes
• Provision of global technical support

Skills requested:

• Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Studiums (min. Bachelor) Maschinenbau-, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie
• Kompetenz im Projektmanagement
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Handeln
• Starke Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten
• Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft
