(Senior) Sales Manager - Healthcare Industry (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities as our (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d):
The primary responsibility of the (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d) is to identify new clients, approach them, and guide them through to contract signing. Your daily work will focus on our goal of becoming the market leader in Europe, as well as on your personal development. You will be one of the key representatives of CWC Recruitment and will independently manage client acquisition. In doing so, you will support our growth and help healthcare institutions find suitable caregivers. You will independently manage your sales cycles, generate new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts at management and C-level.Your Profile:
- You already have experience in Sales or Business Development (around 3-5 years), ideally in a startup, recruitment, consulting, or within healthcare (hospitals etc.).
- You have a convincing and friendly demeanor, and it's easy for you to persuade B2B clients about Care with Care and the benefits of a partnership.
- You are results-driven and enjoy achieving and exceeding set goals.
- You are strong in communication and goal-oriented, both in working with your team and with senior management.
- You speak fluent German (bilingual level/ C2) and English (a minimum of C1).
