Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled “Marketing and Partnership Development Manager” with a strong background in creating compelling written content and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth on various social media platforms in English and German. As a Marketing and Partnership Development Manager you will collaborate with the Head of Events to achieve company goals. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, analyze data driven results, and ensure successful event participation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying strategic partnerships, cultivating relationships with potential partners, and negotiating partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit. You will play a crucial role in implementing marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening these partnerships and expanding our network within the legal and compliance sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content and marketing strategies that align with our brand’s voice and goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for blogs, websites, newsletters, mailings, and social media channels.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Identify and engage potential partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual benefit.
  • Create and support marketing campaigns for our partnerships.
  • Ensure timely preparation of sales materials.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness.

Professional experiences/Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Content Writer, Content Marketer, Partnership Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficiency in using modern AI tools for creating content and designs.
  • Experience in using MS 365.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English.
