Proclinical is currently seeking a Project Engineer for the Utilities department on behalf of our client, a biopharmaceutical company with a production site south of Frankfurt.

Your responsibilities

• Operate as technical specialist for plant and clean utilities in strategic projects, e.g. clean steam, WFI, HPW, cooling, heating & air conditioning, plant steam, cogeneration and compressed air
• Design lead for selection, procurement, installation and commissioning of new utility assets
• Takeover of energy and load calculations, as well as budget responsibility
• Active participation and proposals towards energy saving and decarbonisation
• Work in multidisciplinary teams for strategic projects, starting from study and business case until operational validation
• Active participation in national and international audits and inspections
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility

Your profile

• University or technical applied science degree in engineering, e.g. building services, mechanics or electro mechanics
• 5 years of relevant experience in a utility engineer position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experienced handling of MS Office and SAP comparable training paired with relevant professional experience
• Experience in the GxP environment
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (Please note that CV and letter of motivation should be submitted in English)
