We are looking for you to join us as an IT Account Manager (m/f/d) in Stuttgart as soon as possible.

Job description:

• Management and Expansion of Existing Customers:Take responsibility for the comprehensive management of major clients.Maintain and expand customer relationships while identifying their needs.
• Strategic Consulting and Demand Analysis:Keep an overview of the customers IT requirements and support their strategic development.Advise customers based on the service portfolio and gather new requirements.
• Commercial Offer Management:Create offers, conduct negotiations if necessary, and handle monitoring and documentation.Manage the implementation of requirements by closely collaborating with Solution Designers and relevant departments.
• Annual Planning and Contract Management:Conduct annual planning in collaboration with customers.Represent the customer perspective in the development of new or existing services and manage customer contracts.

Skills requested:

• A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable IT-related field of study (Bachelor)
• At least one year of experience in consulting and supporting clients in large and heterogeneous IT infrastructures or in IT Account Management.
• Experience in sales or account management for IT.
• Knowledge of working with CRM tools and an ITIL certification is advantageous.
• Ideally, experience with federal or state authorities and in public administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with proven practical experience.
• Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level).
• High initiative and resilience.
• Independent working style and excellent communication skills.
• Strong service and customer orientation, teamwork ability, and a high level of commitment and responsibility.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to bring even escalating discussions to a satisfactory conclusion.
