ETA Personal GmbH is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) for the technical oversight and construction supervision of infrastructure projects in the field of railway technology in Stuttgart. In this key position, you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex construction projects, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and scheduling.

Job description:

• Technical Construction Supervision: Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring that all projects are executed in compliance with established quality and safety standards.
• Safety Management: Implement and maintain the safety and health plan, ensuring order and safety on the construction site.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate all on-site stakeholders and facilitate effective communication among various actors involved.
• Documentation and Billing: Maintain accurate site diaries, document construction progress, and manage project billing, including identifying and addressing defects.
• Quality, Schedule, and Budget Monitoring: Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality specifications.
• Change Order and Defect Management: Support the management of change orders and address defects after project handovers.
• Deviation Analysis and Acceptance: Conduct deviation analyses and contribute to the preparation, execution, and documentation of (partial) acceptances.

Requirements Profile:

• Education: Completed training as a Master or Technician in Construction or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in the implementation of infrastructure projects in the field of railway technology.
• Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of construction supervision and coordination, as well as the preparation of site diaries and construction billing.
• Skills and Competencies: Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and a structured approach to work.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site at construction sites and a valid driver license (Class B) required.
