Job description:

- Responsible leadership and operation of the biomass heat and power plant
- Ensuring technical and economic operation in accordance with operating guidelines
- Monitoring and control of the plant for maximum efficiency and profitability
- Personnel management and scheduling, including management of external contractors
- Ensuring workplace safety, health protection, environmental protection, and energy efficiency
- Planning, preparation, execution, and monitoring of revisions and maintenance measures
- Preparation of reports and documentation for performance monitoring and compliance

Skills requested:

- Technician with relevant experience, comparable qualification such as power plant master or degree in power engineering, energy engineering, or process engineering
- Several years of experience in leading teams and operating facilities
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally good English language skills
- Strong decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
