Power plant operator

Job description:

• Responsible leadership and operation of the biomass heat and power plant
• Ensuring technical and economic operation in accordance with operating guidelines
• Monitoring and control of the plant for maximum efficiency and profitability
• Personnel management and scheduling, including management of external contractors
• Ensuring workplace safety, health protection, environmental protection, and energy efficiency
• Planning, preparation, execution, and monitoring of revisions and maintenance measures
• Preparation of reports and documentation for performance monitoring and compliance

Skills requested:

• Technician with relevant experience, comparable qualification such as power plant master or degree in power engineering, energy engineering, or process engineering
• Several years of experience in leading teams and operating facilities
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally good English language skills
• Strong decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
