Before we dive right into your concrete position of interest

We would like to introduce ourselves.

We are Elektrobit and we develop visionary embedded and connected software for the automotive industry. Day by day we work on leading-edge technologies for automated driving, new vehicle infrastructures, connected cars, and user experience that shape the future of mobility. As part of the world of top automotive brands we have been doing this with great success for more than 35 years. Our customers include Audi, BMW, Daimler, Ford, GM, Volkswagen Group, Volvo, and many more and you can find our technologies in more than 600 million vehicles. We are a wholly-owned independently-operated subsidiary of Continental AG. What unites all of our over 4000 colleagues all around the world is our passion for automotive software and our unique team spirit. Together we work towards our vision of a world in which mobility causes zero fatalities, produces low emissions, and transforms your commute into quality time. Would you like to help make this vision a reality and move the world with us?

Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our great Solution Marketing team, responsible for campaign planning and execution, lead generation and conversion, performance marketing, marketing tech, as well as the customer feedback functions.

What you do

As a Solution Marketing Manager, you are responsible for making our offering “fly off the shelves”. This role is the glue that binds our strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in Sales and Marketing. It’s a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our value proposition.

  • You monitor market developments to understand our target customers and their needs and pain points.
  • You understand the competition and how to overcome them in close co-operation with Product Management and Sales.
  • You develop positioning and messaging for our innovative solutions to gain a competitive edge and feed to our communications and field marketing teams.
  • You develop meaningful sales content to enable our revenue team to target the right customers with the right set of materials for the specific stage of the buying journey like sales decks, battle cards, eLearning courses etc..
  • You listen closely and cooperate with the sales community to consistently improve the quality of our content.
  • You develop global go-to-market strategies and marketing plans that generate demand and execute on the plans.
  • You constantly review and analyze the success of your marketing activities set in place for your area and make necessary changes.
  • You drive cross-functional collaboration with relevant stakeholders including Marketing Communications, Product and Solution Managers, Business Development, and Sales.
  • You also coordinate joint marketing activities with partners.
  • You also manage marketing agencies and vendors.

What you bring

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • You have several years of product marketing experience, or a multidisciplinary background.
  • You are a tech-savvy talent who finds the right words to translate complex tech content into effective customer-centric marketing assets (like value propositions, messaging, taglines etc.).
  • You understand the marketing funnel and how to optimize it at each stage.
  • You have ROI-tracking skills and analytical capabilities to prove what is–or isn’t—working.
  • You work effectively and proactively with minimal direction and balance multiple demands simultaneously – a focus on outcomes over tasks.
  • You have the ability to work and communicate across different functions and multiple layers of organizations.
  • You are familiar with international structures.
  • You are a strong strategic thinker but equally operationally skilled - diligent, structured and organized.
  • You have excellent communication skills, an agile mindset, a hands on mentality, and strong customer focus.
  • You are fluent in Englisch, both oral and written.
  • Preferably you are experienced in the Automotive Software Industry.

Look forward to

  • Working on exciting and future-oriented projects, together with best-in-class colleagues.
  • Benefiting from our international collaborations and our multicultural and diverse #teamElektrobit, there’s so much we learn from each other.
  • Having a job that fits to your life through access to mobile work, flextime without core hours and tailored work time models such as part-time work. Let’s have a chat about what suits you and us best.
  • Enjoying an informal working environment throughout the company with no dress code.
  • Being part of a team where we believe in each other, care for each other, and can rely on each other. Regular team and sport events strengthen our team spirit even further.
  • Continuously learning and building your skill set with first-class development opportunities, e.g. through unlimited access to the e-learning platform Udemy and our extensive know-how.
  • Profiting from a generously subsidized company pension plan and capital-forming benefits.
