Our fast-growing team is looking for several Product Engineers. As a Product Engineer at SilTest, you will be the central part of the team, connecting the dots. Typical Job Responsibilities:

- Interface with cross-functional teams to develop and own a complete productization plan, including full silicon validation and coverage requirements.
- Define and own product yield in target technology, and find creative and innovative ways to meet or exceed yield targets.
- Data management and analysis automation, with respect to pre-silicon expectation and product specification.
- Support product reliability and quality team to ensure the right qualification plan is implemented for the target market requirements.
- Use the knowledge of device physics, product/IP architecture, testing techniques, and failure mechanisms to find the root causes of silicon defects.
- Interface with wafer fabs, OSATs, and other partners to reach a successful product ramp.
- Support production ramp and sustained production optimizations as required by our customers.
- Perform evaluation of qualification requirements in case of 2nd source manufacturing site needs. Execute such manufacturing site additions and transfers.
- Provide customer support in case of issues in production or field returns.
- Automation of regular tasks and documentation.
- Train others on what you learned.

Key Qualification Requirements:

- Familiar with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), such as Advantest 93k, Teradyne J750 & Uflex, LTX-C, or similar platforms.
- Excellent data analysis skills, good in statistics, data interpretation, and visualization.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and one or more programming languages; C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Knowledge of semiconductor product development lifecycle and modern process technologies
- Knowledge of semiconductor production flow and deeper knowledge in any of the steps such as wafer manufacturing, assembly preparation, packaging, or production testing.
- Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills.
- A can-do attitude and teamwork necessary to work in a multicultural, international team
