Wer kennt nicht dieses Sprichwort? Küchenchef Stefan Pauen hegt darum aus Leidenschaft zum Kochen nicht nur einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an die zu verarbeitenden Produkte, sondern ist zu Recht stolz darauf, alle Speisen ohne Zusätze von Farbstoffen oder Geschmacksverstärkern anzubieten. Alle Kartoffelprodukte wie Röstinchen, Kroketten oder Kartoffelkrapfen werden hausgemacht, Gemüse wird nur frisch verarbeitet. In der „Eisernen Hand“ gibt es nichts aus Truhe oder Dose. Natürlich beizen und räuchern wir auch unsere Fischspezialitäten selbst, um ein unvergleichliches Aroma und eine Top-Qualität zu gewährleisten!

Wir suchen eine/n Koch/Köchin.

• Verstärkung unseres Teams
• den Mittagstisch mit einem Tagesessen

Chef Stefan Pauen's passion for cooking means that he not only has high quality standards for the products he processes, but is also rightly proud to offer all dishes without the addition of colorants or flavor enhancers. All potato products such as Röstinchen, croquettes or potato fritters are home-made, vegetables are only processed fresh. At the "Iron Hand" there is nothing from a box or can. Of course, we also pickle and smoke our fish specialties ourselves to guarantee an incomparable aroma and top quality!
