Newsletter June 2024: The opportunity card at a glance
Dear reader,
Welcome to the new issue of the Make it in Germany newsletter.

On 1 June 2024, the opportunity card came into force. The federal government hopes that this will result in around 30,000 additional qualified third-country nationals travelling to Germany for the purpose of job seeking (estimate from March 2023, draft on the Skilled Immigration Act).

In this newsletter, you will get an overview of the new regulations and where to find them in the portal.
